Who is Dips for?

For everyone with a cycle, whether it comes from your body or from HRT.

ADHD, autism, AuDHD, bipolar, periods, perimenopause, HRT, PMDD/PME, endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS)

— and all the overlap in between.

Why tracking, though?

The research on brains like ours barely exists. Until it catches up, your own record is the strongest evidence you can bring into any room.

around71%

of women experience menstrual discomfort most months — yet many rarely seek care, expecting to be dismissed.

up to90%

of people with PMDD are misdiagnosed, commonly with bipolar disorder — averaging 12 years to get the right answer.

almost80%

of autistic people in the Autism Research Centre’s 2019 consultation called for more research on women.

confirmed2026

the year UK researchers showed ADHD meds can work less in the week before your period. You weren’t imagining it.

Built for every dip.

Dips does what every tracker promised — and never did. These are just the highlights; more is on the way, grounded in reality, not toxic positivity.

Soundings

200+ neurodivergent symptoms built in — start tracking immediately and see how your cycle, symptoms and medication connect.

Sonar

Your cycle, symptoms and medication on one timeline. Finally see what repeats, what shifts, and get a 3–5 day heads-up before a dip.

Field Guide

Built on lived experience and real research — plain-language explanations and practical tips for the shifts in focus, mood and energy, from your cycle through to menopause.

Whalesong

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect to add sleep and movement automatically. With Partner Sync, someone you trust fills the gaps — you choose what they see.

Slack Water

A quiet corner of the app — watch the jelly pulse, count with it, breathe with it. A gentle way to slow your breathing and come back to your senses when everything is loud.

Private by default, always.

What you log stays between you and Dips. Share when it helps, keep it private when it doesn’t. Your choice, every time.

Maya, the founder of Dips

Hey, my name is Maya.

I have ADHD, a graveyard of tracking apps I quit after two weeks, and enough half-filled notebooks to open a stationery shop. Every one promised that this system would finally fix me. So I’m building Dips — an ocean-themed tracker, because I was never broken. I am moving with tides. Once you can see the tide coming, a dip stops feeling like drowning and starts feeling like a dive.
